The migration to TDD technology that Nexcom Bulgaria Llc started in Sofia on Friday, October 10, 2008, at 8 p.m., was completed successfully within the prescribed period. The company thanks its customers for the understanding.

Nexcom Bulgaria Llc replaced all its base stations with new ones, operating on TDD technology and installed new stations, thus increasing its coverage in Sofia to 90%.

This upgrade not only led to optimisation of the WiMAX network of the company, but it is also a prerequisite for the launch of mobile WiMAX services.
