Nexcom - Bulgaria officially launched a new product site for its WiMAX services. On wimax.nexcom.bg the users can find detailed information about the various services provided through the company's WiMAX network, including high-speed Internet, fixed telephone service and data transfer. “The website is a main informative, billing, and activation channel for these services”, stated from the operator. The users can find out more about the services, the prices and the coverage, and also to make an online purchase.
The information is divided into two main parts: a private and a business one, so that each customer can quickly and easily find the needed information according to his/her requirements.
Currently, the network of Nexcom has covered 20 cities and more than 45% of the population in the country, stated from Nexcom.
The web site, developed by the Bulgarian company Ladger, received a nomination in the “Technology” category at the International Web Festival in Albena 2008. The step that follows, concerning the development of the website is the activation of a section for online registration of new customers and online purchase of the chosen single service or service bundles through wimax.nexcom.bg.
